Official Rules: Leaf and Loaf Baking Challenge

1. Sponsorship

The "Leaf and Loaf Baking Challenge" (the "Baking Challenge") is sponsored by Leaf and Loaf LLC, located in Dallas, Texas, United States (the "Sponsor"). Please be careful! I will NEVER ask for your credit card info or ask you to click a strange link to claim a prize. Check the handle-I will only contact you from my official accounts

2. Eligibility

The Baking Challenge is open to legal residents worldwide who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) at the time of entry. The Baking Challenge is void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Leaf and Loaf LLC, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members, are not eligible to participate. Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations is required.

3. Agreement to Rules

By participating, the Contestant ("You") agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as they relate to the content of this Baking Challenge.

4. Entry Period

The Baking Challenge begins on February 1, 2026 at 06:00 AM CST and ends on February 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after this period will not be accepted.

5. How to Enter

To enter, You must visit https://leafandloafco.com/baking-challenge/ and complete the official entry form hosted by Tally.so.

• Requirements: You must provide all requested information, including your first name, a valid email address (for winner verification), your Instagram handle if you wish to be tagged, and upload a photo of your bake.
• Bonus Entry: You may earn one (1) additional entry by leaving a star rating and review on the specific recipe post on the Sponsor's website.
• Restrictions: Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent the rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility.

6. Prizes

The Winner(s) of the Baking Challenge (the "Winner") will receive: One (1) Amazon Gift Card valued at $50 USD.

• International Winners: If the Winner is located in a region where Amazon Gift Cards are unavailable, the Sponsor reserves the right to provide the cash equivalent via PayPal.
• Conditions: The prize is non-transferable. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others is permitted, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. All prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner's name, likeness, and entry for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

The Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. The Winner will be notified via the email address provided in the entry form within three (3) days following the selection.

The Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam filters, junk e-mail folders, or other security settings, or for the Winner's provision of incorrect contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within three (3) days from the time notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

9. Rights Granted by You

By submitting content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.) to this Baking Challenge, You understand and agree that the Sponsor, and anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, picture, image, and likeness for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

By entering, You represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship and does not violate any third party's proprietary or intellectual property rights. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Leaf and Loaf LLC from any claims or liability arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement.

10. General Terms & Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Baking Challenge should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Baking Challenge. In such case, the Sponsor may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Baking Challenge or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Leaf and Loaf LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant's participation in the Baking Challenge and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Baking Challenge; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Baking Challenge or the processing of entries.

12. Disputes

This Baking Challenge is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Baking Challenge, You agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Baking Challenge, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Dallas County, Texas. Further, under no circumstances shall You be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney's fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses.

13. Privacy Policy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Leaf and Loaf LLC website.

This Baking Challenge is powered by Tally.so. Tally.so does not sponsor, administer, endorse, or bear liability for this promotion. Furthermore, the Baking Challenge is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, or Amazon.
